Feels like Livejournal is the better place to go with what I really want to say, so as of now, I guess this is mostly a bulletin board.

Well, last week I was shot-down, shut-down, shut-out, and otherwise inconvenienced by life in general, but this week promises better. I've started working on some new pieces, some for my own edification, and some that I actually might want to post; which means I can feel less like I'm lurking and more like I'm here, enjoying what everyone is bringing to DA. Admittedly, I'm having problems getting back into the swing of things - my mind remembers what my fingers don't. It's sort of therapeutic, but frustrating. I'm erecting a monument to things I don't wish for people to see. Many people do, I don't know how many go about it as wilfully as I do. You see, in order to have written something, I allow myself to write even if it has no redeeming value. Then, in order to hide it, I try to cover it up with more inanity.
